Honey Butter

2 sticks of butter
2-3 tablespoons of honey, depending how sweet you want

Let the butter reach room temp. Place the butter in a bowl and add the honey. I like to take a fork and work the honey into the butter, sometimes honey doesn't like to cooperate the way you want and mix perfectly, so smashing with a fork really works it in, then after you can use a mixer to make it really smooth and almost whipped tasting.
This is excellent on yeasted sweet rolls, english muffins, toast, french toast, pancakes and anything else you may want to sweeten up.
