Simple chicken salad

There are several ways to make a chicken salad. Many different things that you can add to test out to find how you like it.

1 apple
1orange bell pepper

1 red bell pepper
3 cooked chicken breasts, cut and pulled apart
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup mayo, or miracle whip

* You can add tarragon, oregano, basil, mrs. dash or even clove or combinations or them. Carrots, celery, olives, pickles, tiny tomatoes, raisins, grapes or cranberries can be used as well. You can also add some lemon juice for a fresher taste too. This is just a simple one.

Roast, fry or boil your chicken, or you can just use left overs from a previous meal.  Chop into small pieces and take a fork or your fingers and shred it into little pieces. Peel, core and dice the apple into small pieces. Cut the peppers into small pieces. Mix the salt and pepper into the mayo. Combine them all in a bowl and mix well. If this seems dry to you just add more mayo a little bit at a time until its the consistency that you desire.
