1 cup of mayo
juice of half of a lemon, or a whole one if it doesnt give you a lot of juice
fresh chopped basil, oregano
onion powder
garlic powder
you can also substitute the above three for all purpose seasoning, about 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon, if you dont have any fresh basil, oregano, but you have dry spices it will work too
Mix all together and use on burgers, sandwiches and potato salad just double it up.
