Wanton Wrapped Cheese Burgers

2 lbs hamburger, turkey burger works too
1 pkg Wanton wrappers
dollops of "burger sauce"
2 cups of favorite cheese
butter melted, for brushing
Burger Sauce
Now this is sooo easy to make and can be altered to your needs and how you like it.
1/2 cup mayo
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard, now you can use yellow mustard if you like, but the stone ground is a totally different flavor

1 tablespoon of your favorite BBQ sauce
dash of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce,I say a dash because this is not a must use and some are sensitive to it in the sauce so just add a tiny amount and try it before adding more
1 tablespoon ketchup
Blend all together and use on any burger, or on chicken sandwiches is delicious too!
.Now for the burger. Put the hamburger in a large bowl and season with 2 teaspoon salt and 1tablespoon of pepper, if you like seasoning salt, ranch spice, cumin and anything else ADD IT! I kept mine plain, doesn't mean you have to. This is the key to all my recipes, to change it and make them your own! Anyhow, now that you have the meat seasoned mix well with hand and section it out into quarter sized mini burgers and fry them up. After they are done place them off to the side and pull out the wanton wrappers, I cut mine in half, you can also quarter it for smaller portions but you make have to break up the mini burgers to be able to fold it in half. Put a small dollop of the burger sauce in the middle of the wanton and a pinch of the cheese. Wet the edges of the wanton with the water by dipping your finger in the water and going around the edges, you can also use a pastry brush. This will help seal in all the goodies. Place the mini burgers on top of the sauce and cheese and fol the wanton over and pinch it down then take a fork and press the edges to seal. You can also carefully pick up the wanton and pinch it together so that you can more easily move the insides around so it seals better. Triangle fold that I did was that I cut the wanton in half diagonally, put the sauce, cheese and burger in the middle with the top of the triangle on the top. I folded the left to the right and pinched down, then top over that and right over left pinched and forked it. Brush with butter and bake at 350* until the edges are browned nicely. Serve with Cheese sauce. Sorry for the cramping of this post, ran out of room!
