Cheesecake Fruit Salad

6 bananas
2 oranges
2 apples
2-3 cups worth of grapes ( i like them sliced in half)
1 fresh pineapple (or the pre-chopped from the produce section)
2 cups strawberries, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup blueberries
and any other fruit that you want, and more quantities of which ever fruit you enjoy the most.
1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream
1 12oz can of philadelphia whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Cut all fruit into bite size pieces and peel the oranges by knife, by cutting the ends off so it has a flat surface. take the knife down the edges and peel closely. cut out the wedges.
Now for the homemade whipped cream. If you have a silver bowl chilling it and your utencils helps alot. Pour heavy whipping cream into your chilled bowl and beat until creamy, you dont want to turn it into whipped cream just yet.

Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Continue beating until stiff peaks form and it looks like whipped cream. Now here is the hard part, add all of your fruits and you are done! Just fold them in gently.

If you want to spruce it up some more you can add lemon zest, orange zest, chunks of real cheesecake, also add a topping of graham crackers just crunch with each serving over the top so that it doesnt turn to mush in the bowl. You can also try to find a flavored whipped cream cheese like strawberry. You could also use part of a flavored pudding mix as well for an extra kick, add at the same time as the powdered sugar. I recommend using a little less of the powdered sugar if you do.

***You do not have to use the whipped cream cheese you can use regular just whip it before adding the heavy whipping cream to it and beat until fluffy.

Hope you try it and enjoy it my family ate a huge mixing bowl full in 2 days! My neighbors also enjoyed it.
