Place the flour in a bowl and whisk in the milk and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the bread and cinnamon. Lightly butter a griddle, cast iron skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Dip the bread in the egg mixture until soaked but not falling apart. Cook the bread on either side until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with Homemade Whipped Cream and Homemade Simple Syrup. Eat up!!
