Baked Banana Desert

3 bananas
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter

As you can see its about a single tablespoon of the butter and brown sugar per each banana, so keep that in mind if you want to make more servings of this. The bananas cooked like this are wonderful just as they are or on top of yogurt, ice cream, frozen yogurt or with a drissle of Nutella over them. Oh and homemade whipped cream and powdered sugar. Just really depends on how much sweetness you are looking for.


Melt everything together either on the stove or in the microwave just watch carefully and wait until it is melted together. Slice the bananas length wise and lay with the center up. Stir the mixture you melted and pour it over the bananas until evenly coated. Bake at 300* for 15.
