Quick Pulled BBQ Chicken

7-8 Chicken tenders or 4-5 Chicken breasts
5 Tablespoons soy sauce
6 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce




1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays or Famous Daves)
Foil

Make a large foil "pocket". Place the chicken inside and pour the rest of the ingredients evenly on top. Take more foil and enclose it.

Bake at 400 for 45min - 1hr. Pour the juices and chicken into a bowl and let cool until its not too hot to the touch. Once cool pull apart the chicken and stir around into the juices. Eat on mayo'd bread or rolls/buns or on top of a salad or rice.
