Hawaiian Grilled Chicken

1 cup Hawaiian Soy Sauce (Aloha brand)
(If you dont have it do half teriyaki and half soy sauce)
3 of the small cans of pineapple juice
2 tablespoons of liquid smoke
1/2 cup of ketchup

1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh ginger (it does make a HUGE difference)
1 large garlic clove smashed
9-12 chicken tenders

Mix all of the above ingredients, whisk the ketchup so there isn't any chunks. Pour into a gallon size bag and add the chicken tenders.
I am sorry I forgot to put to grill, bake on a broiler pan, cook in olive oil, these are delicious in anyway. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on either side over medium heat for chicken tenders, about 7-8 minutes on either side for breasts. To bake or broil, temp at 300-350 for 15-20 minutes. And you need to let them marinate for at least 1-2 hours to get the most flavor, or to 6 hours.

You can also heat this up, take 2 tablespoons of the sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix the two very well then return to the main amount of the sauce. Use in burgers, not the whole amount, about 3-5 tablespoons. Also use to top the burgers with a slice of pineapple, ring of red onion served on Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (I have a recipe for that too). Turkey burgers made with this is very good. Also cooking pork scallopinis in the sauce @ 300 for 30 min is pretty amazing as well. I have also used ground pork to make burgers and it was pretty good.
