3 cuts of sockeye salmon
5 tablespoons of butter
salt
pepper
1/2 red onion
5 garlic cloves
Drissle of olive oil
Neatly place the salmon in a roasting pan. I like to use my lasagna stoneware, cooks very nicely. Melt the butter and pour over the salmon. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sprinkle over the salmon, also use about a pinch of salt and pepper per cut of salmon. Drissle lightly with olive oil. Cook at 350* for 30 min. Or until the salmon is flakey and falls off its skin.
