Mushrooms
Earth balance dairy free spread
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable stock
1/2 cup noodles
1 full thinly sliced zucchini
Mine looks soupy cause I took the extra sauce yum!!
And made in ONE pan:)
Slice and sauté mushrooms in earth balance. (1/4 cup) Add 1/8 cup flour. And whisk in the vegetable stock. Slowly add the whole "box" of vegetable stock. Salt and pepper it. When the mushrooms have turned golden add the noodles and zucchini and slow cook till noddles are done.
